Join Mindful Macramé and MyKind Club as they come together to give you a creative pep, memorable moment or just the excuse you need to leave the house.  

To help celebrate the launch of Good Stuff Studio Ballina, the girls are offering a ‘ one off taster’ to their most popular workshops Cinnamon Spice Feathers (set of 3) and Silver stacker ring. 

The creative day out will be a fun and fulfilling way to connect with yourself and your community, giving you the opportunity to try both macrame and jewellery making skills for this special price & format of $135.

Workshop 1 – Cinnamon Spice Feathers (set of 3) 

All the materials for this class will be provided. 

Come along and immerse yourself in this soothing and relaxing workshop. Not your traditional macramé workshop. This design is a simple weave technique that allows us to gather around a table bringing women together to craft, create, share stories and spend time connecting. You will be creating a set of 3 mini feathers on cinnamon quills with a delicate sweet, woody, aromatic fragrance.

Your feathers will be made from the most incredibly soft and luxurious cotton lux with a huge range of colours to select from on the day. Choosing your colours will be the toughest part of the day!

If 3 feathers isn’t enough (be warned its addictive) there will be opportunity to purchase cotton supplies to take home to continue creating.

Workshop 2 – Create a silver stacker ring

You will be using basic techniques to carve your design out of wax that will be sent for casting into 925 sterling silver using the lost wax process, the ring will be returned & finishing in the studio ready for you to collect. Please note this process can take up to 4 weeks.

The day will take place at Good Stuff Studio, Ballina 10am until 3pm and the price will include both workshops and refreshments for the day. A portion of ticket sales going towards the ‘fun fund’ a initiative started by the studio to raise money each month to share out to a nominated, business, person or not-for -profit to help spread the fun.
